    The Support Software Tool is not designed to collect sensitive information including information such websites visited, e-mail messages, e-mail addresses sent to, passwords, profiles, etc. Use of the Diagnostic applications may be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective software license agreements.

All of the collected information is necessary for the delivery of the Services including analyzing, diagnosing, resolving the Incident you have encountered, and optimizing the functionality of our products and services.
